Our salespeople earn a real living, and our best earn a great one. Solid producers make six figures. Our top performers clear $200,000 or more. Your pay is uncapped — what you earn is up to you.
• You’re paid a guaranteed weekly draw while you get up to speed — with extra protection for new hires during your first stretch. You earn from day one instead of waiting months for a paycheck.

• Every deal pays a fair minimum. You’re never working for nothing.
• The more you sell, the more you earn on every car. Your pay grows with your results.
• There are additional ways to earn beyond commission on sales. We’ll walk you through them when we meet.

Don Wood Automotive has been family-owned and operated in Southeast Ohio since 1985. We’re an established, trusted local dealer with steady traffic and the inventory to keep you busy. You’ll have customers to work with and cars to sell — your job is to take care of them and earn their business.

No automotive experience required. Some of our best teammates came from restaurants, retail, the trades, and other fields. If you’re good with people and willing to learn, we’ll teach you the business.

- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Available to work a full-time retail schedule, including Saturdays
- Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude
- Comfortable using a computer and smartphone (we'll train you on our systems)
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
