Job Details
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience

- Location: Apache Junction, AZ 85119 (in-person)
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct needs analysis to understand the make, type, and features of desired vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation both in the showroom and during test drives.
- Research availability of models and optional equipment using computerized databases.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance Managers to negotiate sales price, taxes, trade-ins, licenses, discounts, and financing or lease options.
- Visually inspect inventory by walking the lot to monitor vehicle conditions.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and arrange vehicle delivery and registration.
- Deliver vehicles to customers and familiarize them with vehicle features and operation.
- Attend required training sessions and department meetings.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work Hours
This is a full-time position with hours aligned to dealership operations. Specific schedules will be provided upon hiring.

- At least one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to speak a second language is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Organized with thorough follow-up skills to maintain client relationships before and after sales.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
