Job Description:

The Loyalty Used Car Super Center located in Petersburg, is part of the Loyalty Automotive group of dealerships in Richmond and Williamsburg. Loyalty is a locally, family-owned, growing automotive group that values employees and offers opportunity for real career growth. We’re looking for an experienced, energetic and highly motivated SALES and F&I MANAGER to guide our talented sales team at our used car store. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales forecasts and strategies to achieve sales goals and growth 
  • Recruit, coach, and drive performance of sales team
  • Handle customer issues and concerns quickly and professionally 
  • Present and review sales reports and forecasts to management team 
  • Manage sales team to optimize performance and employee goals 
  • Vehicle trade-ins and appraisals
  • Work with customers on financing options 
  • Present aftermarket products 
  • Foster lender relationships 

Required Skills 

  • Track record of sales success and leadership
  • Proven F&I track record in the automotive industry 
  • Strong lender relationships
  • High level of customer service  
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail 
  • Ability to problem solve 
  • Effective communicator - both verbal and written 
  • Passion for mentoring and managing people 
  • Computer and automotive CRM programs proficiency
