Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Automotive Lube Technician to maintain vehicle performance by performing lube, oil, filter, and multi-point inspections. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Primary Duties
- Perform lube, oil, filter changes, and multi-point inspections accurately.
- Identify and report any additional vehicle service needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during servicing.
- Deliver prompt and quality customer service with clear communication.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and OSHA/EPA-compliant work environment.
- Support team members by sharing knowledge and assisting as needed.
- Adhere to management requests and company policies.

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is recommended but not required.
- Minimum of one year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice.
- Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) according to company policy.
- Local state inspection license is preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a shop environment exposed to noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives.
- Capable of lifting at least 100 pounds.
- Regularly stand, sit, bend, reach, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to handle tools and controls.
- Occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Required vision includes near, distance, peripheral, and adjusting focus.
- Operate equipment and move vehicles safely at all times.
