We are currently seeking an Automotive Inventory Lot Attendant to join our team and support our sales and service departments by maintaining vehicle quality and lot organization.

Position Summary

The Automotive Inventory Lot Attendant is responsible for ensuring all vehicles are clean, organized, and delivered to customers in excellent condition. This role requires close collaboration with Product Specialists, Service Managers, and Sales Managers to maintain a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the company vision by demonstrating accountability and teamwork
  • Remove protective coverings and identification tags from vehicles prior to delivery
  • Inspect vehicles for stains, debris, and damages; report any issues immediately
  • Clean both the interior and exterior of new and used vehicles
  • Maintain an orderly vehicle lot by moving vehicles according to dealership display standards
  • Transport vehicles between storage and dealership locations as needed
  • Test customer vehicle batteries in the service drive area
  • Keep building and grounds clean and well maintained
  • Assist with shop cleanup and deliveries as required

Work Hours

This is a full-time, in-person position. Detailed scheduling information will be provided during the hiring process.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with safe vehicle operation skills
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Experience in safely handling machinery
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to satisfactorily perform essential job duties
  • Willingness to pass pre-employment screenings, including background check, motor vehicle record review, drug screening, and credit check
  • Commitment to safety and responsible work practices
