Position Summary
We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead our finance and insurance (F&I) department. The
ideal candidate will be motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven, with a strong
background in automotive finance. This is a high-impact position with a strong earning potential
and an opportunity to be part of a supportive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
-Present financing and insurance options to customers in a clear, ethical, and compliant
manner
-Structure deals for maximum profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
-Maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions
-Ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant with state and federal laws
-Train and support the sales team on F&I processes and product offerings
-Track and report F&I performance metrics
-Uphold a high level of professionalism and integrity

Job Requirements:

Qualifications
-Proven experience in automotive finance management (2+ years preferred)
-Strong knowledge of F&I laws, regulations, and best practices
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-High level of integrity and customer service focus
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
-Proficient with dealership software and finance platforms
