FINANCE (F&I) MANAGER
Loyalty Nissan is part of the locally-owned and growing Loyalty Automotive Group of dealerships and collision repair centers headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. Our Nissan dealership is located just south of Richmond in Chester, right off I-95. We’re looking for an experienced, connected and highly motivated FINANCE MANAGER to guide our F&I team.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers on financing options
- Present aftermarket products
- Develop sales forecasts and strategies to achieve goals, growth and profitability
- Recruit, coach, and drive performance of F&I team
- Foster lender relationships
- Handle customer issues and concerns quickly and professionally
- Present sales reports and forecasts to management team
- Manage sales team to optimize performance and employee goals
- Vehicle appraisals
- Minimum 2 Years F&I Dealership Experience
- Proven F&I track record in the automotive industry
- Senior level F&I experience
- Strong lender relationships
- Leadership skills
- Computer software and internet proficiency
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
