Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Finance (F&I) Manager to join our high-performing team at Don Wood Automotive. As the Finance Manager, you will work closely with customers, sales teams, and lenders to secure financing for vehicle purchases, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all clients. Your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction, dealership profitability, and the overall success of our finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to understand their financial needs and provide financing options tailored to their budget.
- Present and explain various financing programs, including loan terms, interest rates, and payment options.
- Process and finalize vehicle sales and lease transactions, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive financing options.
- Manage paperwork and ensure the accuracy of contracts, credit applications, and other required documents.
- Meet and exceed monthly finance department targets and goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in automotive financing.
- Supervise and mentor sales team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or in a related role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle financing, leasing, and insurance products.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with dealership management systems and financial software.
- High school diploma required.
