Sunset Auto Family is seeking a dedicated Automotive Detail Attendant to join our team in Sumner, WA. Our dealership values professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Wash and wax cars and trucks efficiently and according to manager directions.
- Maintain accuracy and quality in all detailing tasks, following dealership standards.
- Ensure all vehicle keys are properly tagged and descriptions match the vehicles.
- Keep the shop and lot areas clean and organized, accounting for all dealership-owned tools.
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations, particularly regarding hazardous waste disposal.

Qualifications
- Previous automotive detailing experience preferred but not required; training provided.
- Ability to read and understand job-related instructions in electronic or written form.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Good judgment and responsibility.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Working Conditions
- Work both indoors and outdoors in all seasons.
- Exposure to dust, exhaust fumes, and various materials.
- Physical demands including lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and using hand and power tools.
- Ability to work a full forty-hour week with occasional overtime and Saturday rotations.
