AUTOMOTIVE CONCIERGE BUISNESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

THE POSITION: We are seeking honest and dynamic Concierge Business Development Representatives to manage sales and service inquiries for vehicles and drive guests to our world-class brand locations throughout Michigan. You will be trained in our lead management/sales & service approach to create a wonderful experience for our guests as you help them get connected with our sales and service teams to provide them with excellent customer service.
You will be responsible for receiving and responding to web based electronic inquiries (leads/inquiries), working with our existing guest data base, incoming sales and service phone calls that result from prospects and guests visiting the dealership website, associated web sites and other lead sources. The Concierge Business Development Representative will be evaluated based on performance standards that measure how many leads/inquiries/prospects were converted to showroom and service visits and how many of those visits resulted in a sale or service being completed. You will utilize and/or learn both traditional and Internet-specific automotive sales and service processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED certificate preferred.
- One to three years related experience and/or training.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years of experience in customer service (No Automotive Necessary)
- Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Execute customer communications via email, telephone, and text, in line with standards and processes.
- Using appropriate scripts & rebuttals for every single phone call (inbound, outbound, internet, chat, etc.)
- Set dealership appointments, achieve lead-to-Dealership conversion, and sell products based on department standards.
- Enter all prospect/guest communications, notes, records, and guest appointment data into the CRM.
- Maintain tracking boards showing Internet sales and service updated each day of the month.
- Prepare reports showing appointments scheduled, guest appointments kept, and guest sales based on leads/inquiries received.
- Log, track and maintain customer contact with customers in Focus (CRM database).
- Work Plans- work through tasks every store every day.
- Emails/texts- are responded to everyday.
- Voicemails on work phones are checked and called back daily.
- Attend regular meetings and participate in training sessions.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
