This position plays a critical role in ensuring vehicles are restored to pre-accident condition or better, following manufacturer specifications.

Job Requirements:

  • Complete suspension repairs, steering components, and related systems to OEM standards
  • Handle mechanical repairs tied to collision damage (cooling systems, subframes, alignments, interior -dashboards, SRS, etc.)

Repair Planning:

  • Approach repair planning with urgency and attention to detail to reduce rework
  • Assist in disassembly, identifying hidden damage and mechanical needs early

Parts Procurement:

  • Identify required parts using manufacturer guidelines

Team Engagement & Problem-Solving:

  • Work closely with repair planners, body, and paint teams to keep vehicles on schedule
  • Assist in troubleshooting complex repairs across departments

Vehicle Repair Quality:

  • Perform repairs without defects
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
  • Follow OEM procedures and quality control processes

Safe & Organized Workplace:

  • Proven experience in suspension and steering system repairs
  • Knowledge of manufacturer repair procedures
  • Experience with electrical and drivability diagnostics (ADAS a plus)
  • Ability to use measuring and alignment equipment (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Commitment to ongoing training and development

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, and standing
  • Manual dexterity and coordination required
  • Comfortable working in a shop environment (noise, dust, etc.)

Benefits Include

  • Competitive compensation (based on experience)
  • Medical benefits
  • Paid time off
  • Employee discounts (vehicles, parts, service)
  • Manufacturer and industry training
  • Career advancement opportunities
  • Employee recognition programs

When you join our organization, you’ll gain access to top-tier training, a strong team environment, and the opportunity to work on late-model, high-end vehicles.
