Job Description:

Center (BDC) Representatives are at the heart of delivering that promise.
We’re looking for motivated, goal-oriented and customer-focused individuals who thrive
in a team environment. Our BDC team uses phone, text, and internet strategies to
connect customers with our dealership, helping them take the next step in their car-
buying journey. No cold calling—just genuine communication, focused on building trust
and lasting relationships.
The ideal candidate would have 2+ years in BDC, call center, inside sales, or a high-
volume customer contact role and a proven ability to meet metrics. Automotive
experience preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email,
and text.
- Make high-volume outbound calls to follow up on web leads, missed
appointments, and past customers.
- Handle inbound calls with honesty, clarity, and care, ensuring customers feel
valued.
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments to drive dealership traffic and
ensure high show rate
- Track all activity in CRM with speed and accuracy
- Maintain an organized follow-up system that builds long-term customer
relationships.

- Stay informed on Kia products, features, promotions, and inventory to better
serve customers.
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous
improvement.
- Meet and exceed personal and team performance goals.
- Attend ongoing training sessions and dealership meetings to strengthen
communication and service skills.
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in every interaction with
customers, teammates, and vendors.
