Job Description
Audi Brand Specialists are responsible for delivering a first-class vehicle purchasing experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Brand Specialist serving our clientele in Ann Arbor, you will represent the Audi brand with professionalism, confidence, and integrity.
Our team operates with a commitment to precision, accountability, and complete transparency. Hospitality and exceptional client service are at the heart of everything we do. Responsibilities

Consistently follow up with sales leads in a timely and professional manner, meeting or exceeding established activity requirements.

Conduct daily inventory walks to maintain comprehensive knowledge of available vehicles, features, options, and specifications.

Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience throughout the entire sales process.

Maintain current and accurate knowledge of Audi products, technology, features, and competitive offerings.

Follow established sales processes, procedures, and standards set by management.

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through professionalism, communication, and exceptional hospitality.

Demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to achieving individual and team goals.

Develop the skills and product knowledge necessary to successfully guide clients through the vehicle purchasing process and earn their business.
Qualifications & Requirements

Previous automotive or vehicle sales experience is not required; comprehensive training will be provided.

Strong willingness to learn, develop professionally, and accept constructive feedback.

Ability to remain composed, professional, and productive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Excellent punctuality and attendance. We value preparedness and believe that being on time means being ready to work.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with a diverse clientele.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, or other client-facing experience is a plus.
