Who We’re Looking For:

Rockstar Experience: 2-5 years of supervisory or restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting.

Language & Other Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
Footwear: Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that the company does not provide these).
Legal Status: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

Endurance: Able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods in a bustling environment.
Strength: Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, handling heavy items like trays, boxes, and equipment with ease.
Flexibility: Bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and move effortlessly as you lead a fast-paced operation.
Temperature Tolerance: Comfortable working in diverse environments, from hot kitchens to cold storage.
Dexterity: Handle fine and gross manipulation tasks with precision, from managing food to handling paperwork.
Visual & Hearing Acuity: Able to see and hear well enough to ensure food quality, guest satisfaction, and team coordination.
Balance: Confidently use step-stools or ladders when necessary, maintaining stability while completing tasks.
