- Lead by Example: Manage daily food & beverage operations, inspiring your team to deliver top-tier service in every interaction.

- Team Collaboration & Development: Train, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve their best performance, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Tackle challenges with composure and creativity, ensuring smooth operations even in high-pressure situations.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness across all areas of food and beverage service.
- Financial Acumen: Assist with budgeting, inventory control, and cost management to ensure the profitability of the department.
- Adaptability & Flexibility: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven Experience: You have 2-5 years of supervisory or restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong Leader: You are confident, charismatic, and capable of guiding your team through busy shifts with grace and positivity.
- Effective Communicator: Your communication skills are top-notch, whether you’re talking to customers, coaching staff, or working with vendors.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: You ensure that nothing is overlooked, from table presentation to inventory control, and you love keeping everything running smoothly.
- Problem-Solver: When things get hectic, you remain calm and tackle issues head-on with quick, effective solutions.
- Team-Oriented: Collaboration is key to your success, and you work well with others to foster a harmonious, productive environment.
- Passionate About Service: You take pride in providing exceptional customer experiences and ensure that every guest leaves satisfied.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Footwear: Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that the company does not provide these).
- Legal Status: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
- High-Volume Experience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Skilled in both gross and fine manipulation.
- Peripheral vision and near/far visual accuracy.
- Effectively hear and respond to instructions.
- Capable of handling and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining focus and precision.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and move fluidly.
- Comfortable working in diverse temperatures (hot, humid, cold) and tolerating moderate amounts of dust and cleaning agents.
- Able to handle a wide variety of fresh ingredients without adverse allergic reactions.
- Confidently utilize a step-stool or ladder as needed.
- Maintain stability and balance while executing tasks efficiently.
- Convey instructions clearly and communicate with team members effectively, even in busy or noisy environments.
- Capable of reaching below the waist, at the waist, and overhead.
