What You’ll Do:

  • Lead by Example: Manage daily food & beverage operations, inspiring your team to deliver top-tier service in every interaction.

  • Team Collaboration & Development: Train, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve their best performance, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Tackle challenges with composure and creativity, ensuring smooth operations even in high-pressure situations.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness across all areas of food and beverage service.
  • Financial Acumen: Assist with budgeting, inventory control, and cost management to ensure the profitability of the department.
  • Adaptability & Flexibility: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: You have 2-5 years of supervisory or restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting.
  • Strong Leader: You are confident, charismatic, and capable of guiding your team through busy shifts with grace and positivity.
  • Effective Communicator: Your communication skills are top-notch, whether you’re talking to customers, coaching staff, or working with vendors.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: You ensure that nothing is overlooked, from table presentation to inventory control, and you love keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Problem-Solver: When things get hectic, you remain calm and tackle issues head-on with quick, effective solutions.
  • Team-Oriented: Collaboration is key to your success, and you work well with others to foster a harmonious, productive environment.
  • Passionate About Service: You take pride in providing exceptional customer experiences and ensure that every guest leaves satisfied.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Footwear: Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that the company does not provide these).
  • Legal Status: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
  • High-Volume Experience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Skilled in both gross and fine manipulation.
  • Peripheral vision and near/far visual accuracy.
  • Effectively hear and respond to instructions.
  • Capable of handling and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining focus and precision.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and move fluidly.
  • Comfortable working in diverse temperatures (hot, humid, cold) and tolerating moderate amounts of dust and cleaning agents.
  • Able to handle a wide variety of fresh ingredients without adverse allergic reactions.
  • Confidently utilize a step-stool or ladder as needed.
  • Maintain stability and balance while executing tasks efficiently.
  • Convey instructions clearly and communicate with team members effectively, even in busy or noisy environments.
  • Capable of reaching below the waist, at the waist, and overhead.
