Job Description:

Must have Auto Dealership Office Management Experience.

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Auto  Dealership Office Manager with strong accounting and management experience. Automotive industry experience is a must! This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who wants to grow their career to the next level.  

This position reports directly to the Controller.  The right candidate will have a skill set that includes daily management of the accounting team, great communication, ability to organize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

The right candidate will be well-versed in automotive accounting and day to day operations in the accounting office. You will have a chance to use your leadership and communication skills through review and training of the staff. 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Two years of experience in an automotive accounting position 
• Solid working knowledge of accounting office functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable and reconciliations 
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal 
• Strong ability to adhere to policies/procedures are followed 
• MUST have a can-do, positive, helpful, encouraging attitude!
