Advertising Operations
The advertising operations role works directly with our digital marketing agencies. This role would create, optimize, and track communication campaigns from our mobile app to increase vehicle sales, service, and customer retention. This person would work in-office with us here and be on Zoom calls regularly with CarRx and DealerX teams.

Responsibilities
- Work directly with our digital marketing agency
- Build Connected TV, Meta, Google, Programmatic, Email, and Direct Mail ad campaigns across all Victory Automotive Group dealerships
- Apply DealerX 1st party data to all digital marketing campaigns
- Create, optimize, and track communication campaigns from our mobile app with goal of increasing vehicle sales, service, and customer retention
- Run tests on ad creatives and targeting
- Savvy use of the platform for overall marketing strategy
- Continuously optimize campaigns
- Apply budgets accurately and timely
- Create and manage inventory specials for ad creative
- Troubleshoot and solve problems quickly
Requirements
- DSP knowledge and experience
- Good navigating complex team environment
- 3-5 years experience in Ad Ops
- Experience with data connections and CRM
- Programmatic advertising experience
- Meta, Google ad platform experience
- Automation experience
- Mobile app marketing experience
- Programming knowledge including python and web scraping is a plus!
