Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure efficient office operations. From managing correspondence to coordinating schedules, the Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in maintaining smooth workflow and facilitating effective communication within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of documents.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Assist in the organization of company events, conferences, and meetings.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
