We’re looking for a results-driven Acquisition Director to lead our Business Development Center (BDC) operations across multiple rooftops. If you’re a proven automotive leader who knows how to turn leads into loyal customers and build high-performing teams, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
• Oversee all BDC operations group-wide — inbound/outbound lead management, appointment setting, and customer follow-up for our acquisitions business.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase lead conversion and vehicle acquisition.
• Train, coach, and motivate BDC managers and reps to deliver top-tier performance.
• Partner with Ownership and Marketing to align lead generation and follow-up processes.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement process improvements.
• Ensure consistent CRM usage and reporting accuracy across all stores.
• Help with vehicle appraisals and paperwork process.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of leadership experience in automotive BDC, internet sales, or vehicle acquisition.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and CRM systems (VinSolutions, or like system)
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage processes, and drive measurable growth.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
