WARRANTY: $55–$65 PER FLAGGED HOUR
MONDAY–FRIDAY • NO SATURDAYS

Our Mazda dealership in Monroe is looking for an experienced A-level automotive technician with strong diagnostic skills and pride in doing repairs correctly.
We are looking to keep more diagnostic and mechanical work in-house and add the right technician to our team. Experienced technicians from other dealerships and independent shops are encouraged to apply.
Strong earning potential—with your weekends free
Earn $40–$50 per customer-pay flagged hour and $55–$65 per warranty flagged hour. The top rates include our scheduled-attendance premium.
These are flat-rate production rates. Weekly earnings depend on credited repair hours and the premium earned. We will review the complete written pay plan with you before you accept the position.
Your time off matters
We offer paid vacation based on our seven-week-average method, along with PTO/sick-day benefits under dealership policy.
Approved vacation and holidays adjust the attendance requirement, so taking approved time off does not automatically reduce the premium rate earned on work completed during the rest of that week.
The technician we are looking for
You should be comfortable diagnosing electrical and drivability concerns, using scan tools and wiring diagrams, and performing quality mechanical repairs.
Mazda experience is welcome, but not required. Strong technicians from other brands and independent shops are encouraged to apply. Diagnostic ability, workmanship and dependability matter.
We expect dependable scheduled attendance, accurate timekeeping and clear repair documentation.
